At Metal Mulisha, we stand by our gear and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not stoked on your order, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking information is retained for your records until the return is processed.

  Get Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
